One action I have completed is prioritising my Christmas sales calls.
I have really looked at clients spend and rewarded them accordingly.
Spending more money and time on our clients that supported us.

Several months ago we sat down and discussed strategy for web advertising. Just thought I would let you know how things are going. The good news is the strike rate has increased significantly with the change of focus to “offering choice to the potential clients” and we are winning more advertisers than before. The new focus is starting to produce good results and we have a lot more advertisers on our web site than we did previously. The new focus is working well. Thanks for your help it is much appreciated.

The one task I have put into place since doing your course is to use the “So What” Method, it is Brilliant! Certainly helps me feel more prepared for questions which I could possibly be caught of guard with!
Also I have a question for you.
In our seminar you gave us the suggestion of sending an agenda to the client before meeting them - can you please email me some key points or what was on your example so I have some sort of an idea of what to send, I think this is a great idea, however I didn’t write it down!

Thankyou so much for giving freely of your professional services and of your considerable Rotary experience to the 9910 IYE Orientation Weekend Programme. Your presentation was, as always, excellent. I noted you were a little hurried this year however I am aware that this was of our doing you had prepared an hours presentation and we started you 15 min late. I was mindful that you had an appointment in Rotorua that day at 1.00pm, I do hope you made it OK.
Thankyou so much for lending us your screen and sound system they were integral to the remainder of the weekend and were much appreciated.

Richard you indicated that you would be happy to work your magic again for us in 2010 providing your business commitments permit. We have not held our Orientation Weekend debrief yet so the Programme for 2010 has not been talked through however at this stage could you please pencil in the same time same weekend 8.45 am - 9.45am Saturday 14th August 2010. Topic "Creating Powerful Speaking Presentations" and we will talk further early 2010.
